We’ve gathered a list of the number one complaints we’ve heard from current clients about why they decided to switch cleaning services. We want to be your go-to cleaning provider FOR LIFE! We don’t ever want to give any client or potential client even the slightest reason to change providers or call someone else. It is for this reason that we have established the “Spotless Clean Difference” which are our promises to you as loyal clients! If at any point in time you feel we are not providing the services promised we ask for one chance to have the issue brought to our attention and for us to be able to correct it immediately by returning to re-clean the areas of concern. If we can not correct the situation, we will give you 25% of your cleaning fee back, no questions asked. This policy applies to clients who have used our service at least three consecutive times and plan to be regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly clients.

We’ve heard horror stories about other cleaning “companies” stealing clients’ personal belongings! This simply outrages us and we can’t believe anyone would have the audacity or the heart to steal from a trusting client. We will never EVER even consider stealing anything from anyone – period. For your peace of mind we are a bonded company and we simply don’t hire people we wouldn’t trust in our own homes because we truly care about your home and take the utmost care. Last, but certainly not least, we promise to be RELIABLE! We don’t make a habit of cancelling appointments last minute and have NEVER EVER, in four years, not shown up to a scheduled, confirmed appointment. In fact, if we do have to cancel a scheduled appointment due to illness or emergencies we will take $20 off your next cleaning in addition to getting you another appointment asap even if it's after hours.
